Because of Politicians?

Day in and day out we blame leaders like that going to solve anything. Our focus is on everything except ourselves. Even if we got good leaders what will change? Will all the crimes and sins come to a halt? Bad leaders are a punishment for the actions of Pakistanis.
We suffer from the disease of hatred and enmity. From the disease of listlessness and heedlessness. From the disease of transgression and oppression. And above all, disunity. We have divided ourselves into groups. We are shafi, hanafi, or maliki. We are wahhabi, barelvi, or deobandi. We are Sindhi, Punjabi, or Balochi. We are Syed, Sheikh, or Pathan. We need something, just something to create differences. Why can’t we just say that we are Muslims? Why the differences?
Are leaders responsible for this?

Sectarian violence, target killings, suicide bombings, blasts, murder of journalists, butchering of minorities, and the list goes on. Is this because of leaders? Black magic, gambling, child abuse, interest based transactions, fortune telling, mobile snatching, theft, fraud, murder, robbery, alcohol consumption oppression, destruction, molestation, abduction, fornication, exploitation, and it goes on.
All this because of leaders?

The so called good and religious people make their wives serve their parents while not accepting the fact that it is their own responsibility, not their wives. Islam lays enormous emphasis on the good treatment of parents, while there are severe warnings in Quran and Hadith on the poor treatment of parents, and yet People in Pakistan take their parents and dump them in old people’s homes.
Is this also because of leaders?

It is only Pakistan which is corrupt when it comes to cricket. It is a Pakistani who made a rotten movie like Khuda Ke Liye. In Pakistan fashion shows take place and are a source of praise. In colleges and universities of Pakistan Muslims abuse other Muslims in the name of ragging. In Pakistan, youngsters have nothing better to do except harass girls over mobile phones, send lewd SMSes, and tease them. Did leaders ask people to indulge in all this?

In Islam, the first order is the daily prayers. How many people fulfill that order? How are we supposed to get the help of Allah SWT when we don’t even obey the first order? Islam lays emphasis on earning halal and eating halal. How many Pakistanis or Muslims in general care about eating halal? In western countries, Muslims go to western restaurants, Muslims, especially Somalians, buy chicken from grocery stores in the west clearly meant for westerners, Muslims eat mechanically slaughtered chicken, etc, etc.
Are leaders responsible for this?

What happened to earning halal? Muslims selling insurance, Muslim restaurant owners selling alcohol, Muslims selling on interest, etc. People get money without caring about the means, and then wonder why they are inflicted with one tragedy after another. Businesses are busy cheating customers through any means possible, mixing impurities with consumable products, and wonder why their business never does well. Others tell the price of a good after looking at the customer, over-pricing if the customer looks naive or rich. From the biggest to the smallest, businesses run by cheating and deceiving customers.
Is this also because of leaders?

The problems that we have are due to us, and that is why the country is rotten to the core.

Here is a Hadith Qudsi

I am Allah; there is no deity besides Me. I am the king of kings and the master of kings. The hearts of kings are within My control; when My servants are obedient to me, I make their rulers kindhearted towards them; when they disobey Me, I turn their rulers against them with anger and tyranny. They then oppress them severely. Therefore, instead of cursing them, turn towards me in remembrance and submission, I will protect you against their tyranny.
